Our Mission Statement

To provide opportunities for HR call center professionals to learn and grow as we come together to share our ideas, best practices, concerns and challenges.

Note: Our association is for networking purposes. Eligibility is restricted to HR professionals who work in call centers. There are no dues and no cost to register. Meetings are held approximately six times per year at member call centers.
